driven without key Remote Keyless Entry System: Remote transmitters have
separate buttons to lock or unlock power door locks at
a distance. Can be wired to lock/unlock doors when ignition
is turned off/on. For all OE and aftermarket power door
lock and power trunk/hatch release systems including Audi, Mercedes and
Volkswagen vacuum system. Features code-learning microprocessor receiver, door lock/unlock outputs,
anti-scan code protection and defective zone bypass. Includes door lock/unlock
relay to simplify installation; parking light confirmation with built-in relay;
remote panic/car finder feature and valet switch; power trunk release
and starter kill (each require relay, sold separately); two 5-button
transmitters. Alarm System: Switch-sensing alarm detects attempts to force doors.
Shock sensor has built-in warn-away. Features intruder alert memory; RF
safety lockout; outputs for dome light supervision and horn. (Both
to confirm functions, horn output requires relay. Sold separately) Starter
System: Never get into a hot or cold vehicle again!
Start your vehicle and its heater, defroster or A/C from
the comfort of your home or office…up to 1,000 feet
away! Engine run time can be programmed for 15 or
24 minutes. Parking lights flash to confirm operation. Auto cold
start mode lets you program system to automatically start vehicle
every 2 hours to help prevent "dead" battery. Pit-stop feature
lets you leave vehicle with the key while vehicle continues
to run and interior stays comfortable. Built-in security features prevent
unauthorized drive-away. Other features include: factory alarm/disarm; tach/tachless operation; on-board
relays (starter, ignition 1 and 2, accessories, parking lights); dual-mode
smart sensing (tachless); gas or diesel and output for factory
immobilizer. For vehicles with automatic transmission and fuel injected or
diesel engines. Vehicles with OE security system require bypass kit
