TRUNNION STYLE WEIGHT
DISTRIBUTING HITCH Improves handling, steering and braking when towing your
trailer—works in conjunction with your receiver Black powder-coat finish Maximum
tow weight of 10,000 lbs. Trunnion style means square bars
and that means an improved hitch! Ordinary hitches put most
of the trailer load on the rear of the towing
vehicle, which causes strain on suspension, trailer sway, steering problems,
raised headlights and other unsafe towing conditions. This hitch minimizes
dangerous sag and equalizes the towed vehicle's weight to both
axles of the towing vehicle. Bolt-on ball mount adjusts vertically
to align with trailer tongue. Forged and machine-tapered round spring
steel bars assure smooth ride. Chain brackets attach quickly to
trailer frame. Accepts hitch ball (sold separately) with 1", 1-1/4"
or 1-3/8" shank. Fits 2" square tube receiver opening. Includes
12"L, 2" x 2" shank to fit into all Class
III, IV or V receivers with 2" openings. Comes with
